PetPitari is a very user friendly website. Once you start using it you will see that 100% everything is available on this website. You just need to know where to look for desired information. Here our team has prepared a guideline for new users of PetPitari.
- For best user experience it is recommended that you make an account on the website.
- This is a responsive website. If it appears small on your desktop / laptop screen use Ctrl + to adjust screen size.
- There are few functions of the website which are Members Only. If those do not work it is better to make an account. If you already have an account please Login.
- There are two menus of the website. The top menu contains less frequently used details. The main menu with the website logo contains the frequently used details. Accordingly choose the menu and keep surfing.
- If you do not understand where to find your desired detail use “Search PetPitari” function provided on left hand side of landing page. Type some keyword in the search and the website will make it easy for you.
- PetPitari is about all types of pets; hence you must hover your cursor over desired menu until your desired pet appears. Then click your desired pet and details related to chosen pet type will appear.
- If still you feel difficulty in finding your desired information you can chat with the admin. Chat window is available on right bottom corner of the landing page. You will be immediately connected with the admin. You can also call admin whose contact details are available in Contact Us menu.
- Most of the user related questions and confusions have already been answered in FAQ section. It is suggested that you must go through FAQs for speedy answers to your queries.
